EDITORS (URGENT)
The person that cleans (Level, denoise and erase) the pages then redraw them. To apply, please complete our test on our website paperdollsproject.rocks/recruitment/
COLOUR PAGE EDITOR (ONE POSITION URGENT)
The person that is able to clean (level, denoise and erase) colour manga pages and redraw them. As all our releases have pretty art (because they are a must) It pained us that most of the time we aren't able to present the colour pages well to you. Must be experienced. To apply, please use the application on our website and select editor. You don't have to do the test there for editor, just state that you are applying for colour editor . Submit samples of your work or get a small test from us.
Typesetter (CLOSED)
The person that puts the text on the cleaned manga pages. Must have some photo-editing software, preferably Photoshop. To apply, please prepare samples or previous work. You can get cleans on Senmanga.com or any other Raw manga website.
(J>E) Translator
A translator...translates manga from Japanese to English. You need to know both languages and be able to type them up in a proper script format. To apply, please take our test on our website paperdollsproject.rocks/recruitment/
Project Manager (CLOSED) This position will now be promoted from ranks
Project managers are all-rounders. They pick up the slack on the team, keep track of the project, make sure deadlines are met, etc. Samples of work are needed. It's preferable that the project manager can clean, typeset, proofread, quality check, and (optionally) translate. This is no "easy" job and don't expect to just email people~you have to help out in everything if someone disappears.
PROOFREADER (CLOSED)
A person with good grasp of English vocabulary, grammar and also great understanding of Japanese onomatopoeia.
QUALITY CHECKER (1 POSITION)
Anally retentive meticulous person (first step to admitting you are will be a great stride forward to be a quality checker
) that are able to use Adobe Photoshop. You should have basic knowledge of editing and typesetting to correct errors. Possessing a pair of eagle eyes and patience is a must.
