Quality Checking Guides

This is just an example of what I normally do while Qc-ing and this is an example for Qc-ing EDITS.
Also, qc edits goes by a page by page basis but the basics are to check for dusts, proper redraws, and edges.

In the video, what I did was also i spot a part where our editor for this edited out some parts of the hair in the page, so I bring them back again and recolour over the dust that i uncovered together... Naturally there are many ways to do it, but i am just using a way i am comfortable with albeit can be painful at times.

Narurally, your monitor gamma has to be corrected, its very important to spot 2 tones of colour (i will use a video to cover that next time) and also if you are the dirty kind of person and has not clean your monitor for ages, please invest in a micro-fibre cloth and clean your monitor often (i wipe mine almost everyday)... Dusty monitor will cause you to miss out a lot of stuff when qc-ing or even editing.



Setting up your photoshop in this setting for your photoshop display will also helps you spot the edges error easier compared to the original black background and shadowed borders.
